  1. In a mixing bowl mix all the flours, salt and seasonings.
  2. In another bowl take half cup water, brown sugar and mix with Yeast, set aside for 5 minutes, for the yeast to froth.

  11. Apply mustard sauce or pizza sauce, spread cottage cheese over the sauce. Place any veggies or toppings of your choice. I have spread some onion slices, tomatoes, zucchini and chopped olives. Sprinkle some pizza seasoning on top for extra flavors.
  12. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
  13. Serve hot with some extra mustard sauce and indulge in healthy blend of deliciousness.
